Cancellation Policy
Participation in the fasting program is confirmed upon registration and payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive confirmation and details, including access to the group, once your registration is secured. Fasting is a powerful and deeply personal process. This program is designed as a preventive wellness experience to support the body’s natural capacity for reset and regeneration. It is intended for individuals in good general health. By registering, you confirm that you are fit to participate and understand that it is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, concerns, or are taking medication. While guidance throughout the program is based on extensive experience, it does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility. Due to the nature of midwifery and birth support, there may be rare occasions where Karin is called to attend a labor or support a mother in urgent need. In such cases, certain sessions may be rescheduled or adjusted. Every effort will be made to communicate clearly and ensure continuity of support throughout the program. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of non-attendance, cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours previous to the first meeting. A 5% fee will be retained to cover the fees charged by payment processing company which are non-reimbursable regardless of cancellation. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms. All personal information shared during registration is treated as strictly confidential and used solely to support your participation and wellbeing throughout the program. This program requires a minimum number of participants to run. In the unlikely event this is not reached, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
