“When I finished my training in Spain as a Nurse I decided to embark on one of the most rewarding professions: Midwifery.
I believe that this profession is a continuos learning process. Despite the fact that you might be working in different countries and with women from different nationalities we all share the same goal: a healthy mother and baby.
I have a real passion for my profession. It is a privilege to work as a midwife offering support and education to families to prepare them for parenthood.
As a midwife you work closely with couples to make a difference. In order to empower women to make informed choices, to have the confidence and strength to achieve the birth they want to have.
It is all about providing women with knowledge and I am keen to share the benefit of my education and experience in order to make families equipped and prepared for parenthood.
Midwives play an important and vital role during all stages of pregnancy, labour and the early postnatal period in preparing women for their new life.”
