our charity work

PathFinders assist distressed migrant women and their children born in Hong Kong to find a safe and legal way home.

For the past two years we have been doing voluntary work for “Pathfinders”.

At least once a month we meet a group of expectant women and mothers with their little ones. Every time we are there, we give practical advice and a talk covering topics such as hygiene, nutrition or antenatal preparation. We also offer private consultations, antenatal and postnatal check-ups. Besides practical advice in baby care we also check on the little ones, weighing and measuring them. Furthermore we provide an “on call” service for emergencies. This could cover consultation on pregnancy discomforts, breast inflammations, nursing difficulties, too thin babies or any other serious problems.

We are always grateful to receive donations in kind as we aim to raise supplies for the mothers and the babies.
